Based in Aptos, California, career real estate broker and Realtor Frank DeBernardo owns PORTFOLIO Real Estate, a commercial and residential brokerage firm. Frank DeBernardo manages a team of office assistants, marketing experts, and escrow employees representing buyers and sellers in California's luxury real estate sphere.

With a track record of closing exclusive properties, one of his notable deals was the sale of 1307 W. Cliff Drive in Santa Cruz, for nearly $5.5 million in 2019. Also referred to as the "Doll House," the 3,000-foot oceanfront property was featured in Clint Eastwood's film Sudden Impact. Before founding PORTFOLIO Real Estate, Frank DeBernardo owned and managed The Brokerage real estate firm, selling over $250 million worth of property from 2015 to 2018.

Frank DeBernardo earned his California Real estate license when he was just 18 and was still in high school. At 21, he was recognized as the youngest licensed broker in California. Other accolades include being featured on the cover of the July 2022 issue of Top Agent Magazine and playing soccer for Team USA (at age 12) at the Norway Cup, the Gothia Cup in Sweden, and the Dana Cup in Denmark.

Frank DeBernardo enjoys traveling with his wife, Shana, and their four children. He also regularly plays golf, is a Pebble Beach Duke's Club member, and fishes and wakesurfs on Whitefish Lake in Montana.
